Anniversary Package $300Our Anniversary Package is a 1 night stay in the Silver Fern room with champagne, chocolates and flowers in your room. It includes a free drop off to a nearby restaurant. |

- B&B suites include a good quality light breakfast for two people.
- All accommodation styles have linen and towels provided.
- Bring your own beach towels.
- Credit card payments will incur a 2% fee
Terms and conditions of booking
- A deposit payment of 25% of total booking for B&B suites is required at time of booking with the balance payable on arrival.
- A deposit payment of 50% of total booking for The Barn and The Townhouse is required at time of booking with the balance payable on arrival.
- For bookings cancelled outside 7 days prior to arrival, we will refund 25% of the deposit paid.
- For reservations cancelled inside 7 days of arrival, we reserve the right to hold the total deposit paid.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will lose the full amount of the accommodation booking.
- A $100 bond is required for B&B Suites and $250 for The Barn at check-in and is refunded after inspection on your day of departure. If any damage is caused during your stay, the repair costs will be deducted from this bond.
- A $1,000 bond is required for The Townhouse at check-in and is refunded after inspection on your day of departure. If any damage is caused during your stay, the repair costs will be deducted from this bond.
