Take Gosford exit.

Cross Brian McGowan Bridge and continue through East Gosford.

At traffic lights after Punt Bridge turn right into Avoca Drive.

At the sixth roundabout (shown above) which is the main turn off into Avoca do a U turn and go back up the hill. (DO NOT turn into Avoca Drive towards the beach).

Rileys B&B is 370 on your left 100 metres from roundabout.

Look for the rendered brick entry walls 50 metres past the steel wave shaped gate.

The entry to Rileys is opposite the yellow plastic rectangles on the road.
