Riley's Accommodation is located at Avoca Beach on the NSW Central Coast where generations of families return each year for its unique appeal. The magnificent long beach, world renowned surf waves and the safe pristine rockpool make Avoca Beach an unforgettable destination for everyone.

Riley's is nestled on a magnificent, secluded 4 acre property just two kilometres from Avoca Beach and resides in a tranquil environment overlooking a valley with gentle breezes from the ocean.

We offer 3 large bed and breakfast suites all with generous ensuites and quality inclusions. We have 2 queen bed rooms and 1 king and your stay includes a good quality light breakfast which you can enjoy in the guest lounge or on the balcony.

As well as our suites we have The Barn, which is a self-catering separate facility on our property. The Barn can accommodate up to a family of 6 and includes a queen bed and 2 singles on the mezzanine floor with extra beds available. The barn has everything for your break away and you can also bring your family pet.

The relaxed rural environment at Riley's is perfect for midweek breaks or weekend getaways to the Central Coast.

Terrigal Self Catering Apartment

We also have available a stunning 3 bedroom town house in Terrigal which can sleep up to 7 guests. It includes a queen bed, double bed and a single / double bunk bed.

This apartment is ideal for families and has all the facilities you will require for your stay including a double garage .

Terrigal townhouse, situated 10 minute walk from cosmopolitan Terrigal Beach, shops and cafes. Terrigal is one of the best-known beaches on the Central Coast offering a patrolled beach which makes it safe to swim all year round. Terrigal has an abundance of restaurants from fine-dining to al-fresco cafes making it a great place to meet for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Families will enjoy the variety of boutique shops available along the waterfront and Church Street. Children can enjoy riding their bikes and scooters along the promenade while grabbing an ice-cream. Walk the beach to Wamberal and enjoy the pristine waters and environment around you.
